All billing services, including indemnity insurance, managed care, government programs, and patient accounts are rendered in our Cambridge facility. We bill electronically when requested or required. Federal compliance regulations require us to bill patients for all deductibles and co-payments not covered by contract or secondary insurance. We make every effort to obtain accurate information to bill the insurance company directly, and avoid inconveniencing the patient.

Pathology Services is currently contracted with most of the regional health plans (see insurance list). Our experienced staff actively pursues new contracts within our region and elsewhere in the United States. Please contact our billing department concerning any insurance company not listed and we will make every effort to secure a contract.
