Anne E. Allan, MD

Dr. Anne Allan received her dermatopathology training at the Boston University School of Medicine and completed her dermatology residency at the Boston University/Tufts integrated residency training program. She received residency training in internal medicine at the University of Michigan and the University of Massachusetts. Dr. Allan received her medical degree from Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons. She is board certified in dermatopathology, dermatology and internal medicine. Dr. Allan has served as Assistant Professor of Dermatology and also in various clinical capacities at the Boston University School of Medicine since 1987. She began interpreting skin biopsies at the Skin Pathology Laboratory at the Boston University in 1996, and joined Pathology Services as an associate pathologist in 1999. Dr. Allan's interests include photobiology and inflammatory dermatoses.
