Dermatopathology Board Review

Pathology Services holds a 2-day review course for dermatology residents and dermatologists preparing for the dermatopathology section of the Dermatology Boards. Participants take a timed multiple choice and matching exam based on 200 glass slides. This year, the course is scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, May 30-May 31, 2009, at the Royal Sonesta Hotel in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The registration fee is $400, which includes luncheons, self-parking and microscope rental fee.

Each day consists of a morning exam of 100 slides and subsequent discussion of the answers by the faculty of PSI. We have received much positive feedback from previous participants. Registrants of the course also have the opportunity to review the glass slides sets anytime after the course at PSI for further preparation for the Boards.

The glass slide web images are to be used with the course handouts given to the board review registrants. The password to enter this area of the website will be given to registrants at the time of the course.
